Anxiety, isolation, and discouragement are frequent companions, leaving you drained and wondering if you're truly enough.

You want to serve others, but obstacles like self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, or a persistent sense of inadequacy seem to hold you back. You might even feel the urge to hide, burdened by how you feel about your body. Despite knowing what you need to do, it can be frustrating when you just can't seem to make it happen.

Trying to heal and grow on your own while supporting others is a challenging and often lonely journey. It can make you feel like you're failing or letting yourself and those around you down. Even after trying various forms of support or different modalities, you might still feel like something is holding you back from making the impact on the world the way you want to.
