You want to look and feel your best, but you can’t seem to make the changes. You may feel uncomfortable in your body or not really in-touch with your confidence. You don’t really know or trust yourself and you often “should” on yourself. You can feel the tension of knowing where you want to be and not being there.

This is where I come in.

I use my experience as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Personal Stylist and Empowerment Coach to help you relieve the tension and discomfort in your body and empower you to find freedom to live a life you love! My decade+ of experience in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Personal Styling and Coaching allow me a unique perspective and holistic approach to personal growth and healing. I fully believe that you are your own best teacher and healer. I use many tools to coach you including Brainspotting. I also provide Unlimited Email Support for the help and accountability that you want to feel successful.

  • How much are individual sessions?

    60 minutes = $100

    90 minutes = $150

    2 hours = $200

    3 hours = $350

  • Do you accept or bill insurance?

I am unable to bill your insurance directly. You can reach out to find to what your out of network benefits are.

  • What is Brainspotting?

    Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by revealing, re-processing and releasing core sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, numbness or negative beliefs. You can learn more here.

  • How many sessions a month do clients usually need?

It depends on the client’s individual needs and goals, but I generally see clients 3-4 times a month.

  • How long do clients usually work with you?

    Each person’s story and history is unique and complex. Brainspotting and coaching together are very effective, however, the more complex the trauma/emotional roots, the longer it can take. It also depends on the level of work you have done with a therapist/counselor or coach prior, support and financial abilities. I generally tell clients to plan on 6-12 months or longer.

  • How do you see clients?

I offer online sessions using Zoom or in my office in Happy Valley, Oregon.

  • Do you work with couples?

    Couples work is not my specialty. For special cases, I do offer couples sessions.

  • Do you offer group Brainspotting?

    I do! Group Brainspotting is wonderful for team building and accelerated healing.
